Law firm Keeble Hawson has donated time and expertise to help the recent opening of Bluebell Wood Hospice near Rotherham, the newest children's hospice in the country.
Keeble Hawson dealt with the registration of ownership and the purchase of land from Yorkshire Forward to enable the construction of a new facility on Cramfit Road.

Over the coming months, the hospice will be opening further beds for children wit
h life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, and their families, in South Yorkshire.

Keeble Hawson's Gareth Owen, who led the legal team, said: "As a leading law firm in the area, we are dedicated to assisting Yorkshire communities and charities with our legal advice and support.

"Pro-bono work is a part of our staff training and development programmes and ensures we continue to recruit, develop and retain the best legal talent in the region. We are delighted to have been able to help Bluebell Wood Hospice."

Once fully open, up to 200 children from South Yorkshire, East Derbyshire and the North Midlands will receive support from Bluebell Wood each year through regular care in their own homes, plus planned periods of respite care in the hospice.
