LAUNCHING on Monday is Showcasing Sheffield, a highlights the work of the Northern Refugee Centre and Abbeydale Grange Specialist Media Arts School and was produced as part of an Inclusive Schools Project, funded by the British Refugee Council.
Showcasing Sheffield shows the support available to Refugee and Asylum Seeker families, through the work of the Northern Refugee Centre and Abbeydale Grange Specialist Media Arts School, Sheffield and how the two organisations liaise and work together.
The role models featured in the DVD have been chosen to appeal to a wide range of people. They include ex-students from Abbeydale Grange School and staff from the Northern Refugee Centre, all with their own stories to tell. Our aim is to inspire others to achieve as highly as our role models.
