Claims defence solicitor to speak at conference

One of the country's foremost claims defence solicitors is set to talk at a occupational health seminar in Sheffield.
Geoff Cox, the HSE Head of Operations for the South West region, will be speaking at the Sheffield Occupational Health and Safety Association annual conference on October 14.

Cox, and a representative from the underwriters and claims investigators
of the insurance industry, is set share his knowledge abot: 'HSE Investigation and Advice – What you need to know'.

The conference, focusing on how business can cope with the requirements of Heath and Safety, will also feature a presentation by Steffan Groch of DFW Solicitors Manchester on 'Common Pitfalls in Employer Liability' and a presentation by Mike Cowburn from Sovereign Risk Solutions Ltd on 'Defence Failures and Reducing Your Premiums'.
