ST PAUL'S Developments has secured two new office occupiers for its 50-acre Smithy Wood regeneration scheme.
Image solutions company Konica Minolta Business Solutions (East) Ltd, which has relocated from Leeds, and Sheffield based Healthcare Technologies' sector support organisation Medilink will occupy a 5,000sq ft office unit on a 10-year lease. CB Richar

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd markets business machines manufactured in China and Japan by Konica Minolta Business Technologies Inc, through a direct UK sales force and a network of independent dealerships.

Joining Konica Minolta at Smithy Wood is Medilink (Yorkshire & the Humber) Ltd, a membership-based professional association which services Healthcare Technology companies, hospitals and universities within the Yorkshire & Humber region of the UK. It also provides a gateway for national and international clients interested in developing relationships (commercial, research or clinical) with the region's medical sector.
Medilink have relocated from Glossop Road in Sheffield and their new facilities include a central office for the consultancy team which encompasses the product innovation, public relations, international, events and sector networking departments, in addition to two fully furnished 'serviced' offices which are ideal for start-up companies or small businesses as occupants have direct assess to specialist business support through the Medilink team and can benefit from a fast track networking route into the healthcare technology industry.
A state-of-the-art conference room facility, which can be hired for events, meetings and bespoke training sessions is also incorporated into the space.
