SOUTH Yorkshire-based William Hoyland Solicitors and Dransfield, Hodgkinson & Lofthouse solicitors, have merged to form the new practice of Pennine Law.
The two firms will retain their respective trading names, and continue to practice in Hoyland, Penistone and Stocksbridge.

William Hoyland will become Senior Partner with the support of Gillian Turner. Charles E Hodgkinson and Ian E Lofthouse will
become consultants.

Dransfield Hodgkinson & Lofthouse was established in 1830 and employs 18 people across two offices, whilst William Hoyland Solicitors opened in 2000 employing 11 people in Hoyland Nether Barnsley.

Both firms offer and will continue to offer a broad range of legal services including residential and commercial conveyancing, business law, family law, wills probate trusts and taxation, personal insolvency and agricultural law.
