What effect does the current economic climate have on married couples?
In this podcast Martin Loxley, partner and head of family law at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield, looks at the credit crunch and how it affects married couples and divorce.

"I think the issue is that because the financial pressure on a couple is increased because for example there may be a job loss, or there may be a reduction in someone's income, or there may even be a problem in relation to the sale or the purchase of a property. That puts an added strain on the relationship," said Loxley.
