HLW Commercial Lawyers has been acting for O'Hara, Nicholson and Dean Ltd who recently purchased a lease to the Bowery, a new bar on the corner of Fitzwilliam Street and Division Street in Sheffield city centre.
Andy Nicholson, the former bassist of the Arctic Monkeys is one of a trio fronting the purchase. He said "I was really impressed with how quickly David and Joe turned around the legal work. It was a pleasure working with them."

Matt Helders, the current drummer of the band, will be opening a shop above the bar to sell his own clothing line.

David Jameson and Joe Birkby of hlw's property team completed the lease for the new bar which will have a free juke box playing only music from unsigned bands.

David explains: "This will be one of the most exciting bars that has opened in Sheffield in recent years and will enhance Sheffield's reputation as a 'music' city."
