Sheffield First Partnership has appointed Kirstie Haines as the new Deputy Director.
Haines will work alongside current Director Jane Brown to help Sheffield First Partnership (SFP) achieve the ambitions set out in the City Strategy 2005-2010.

Haines said:

"My new role at SFP involves working with the family of partnerships to ensure the delivery of the Sheffield City Strategy. We need to demonstrate the efficiencies of working together and to show how this is not an added burden but that working collaboratively produces efficiency."

Haines has previously worked at Lewisham Council as LSP Manager. She then moved onto a consultancy role at the Young Foundation where she advised local authorities on how to better engage with their local communities. From the Young Foundation she moved up to Sheffield City Council, where she helped provide specialist policy support on performance improvement.
