Stitch expansion
THE Stitch Factory is heading for further expansion after doubling in size over the past year.
The Sheffield company, which supplies work, school, sports and leisure wear and offers custom embroidery, screen-printing, vinyl transfer and alteration services, is investing in new planning software to help it with its aggressive growth plans.
Stitch Factory has installed an enterprise resource planning system, supplied by Syscom, a specialist in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software for textile and apparel companies.
Heeley-based Stitch Factory's growing customer base includes car dealerships and solicitors, councils and construction companies. The firm is one of the sponsors of the world's oldest football club, Sheffield FC, which it supplies with custom embroidery.
