Space Chimps (Cert U)

In the summer of WALL-E and Kung Fu Panda, Space Chimps (Cert U) looks a bit low-rent as CGI-animated family adventures go, but is by no means the worst you'll see.
When a space probe disappears into a black hole it is deemed too dangerous for astronauts to be sent after them, so a crew of chimps is chosen for the assignment. They include Ham the third, a circus performer whose only qualification is that he is the grandson of the first chimpanzee in space (who in reality was actually called Ham, though do not take that as an indication to attention to detail). He is voiced by Saturday Night Live comedian Andy Samberg, and the rest of the voice cast is equally obscure to British audiences.
