Jonathan Fletcher is a Digital Account Director at DigForFireDMG.
He has worked at the agency for more than nine years because he loves it so much, especially the in-house chef. His hobbies include football and getting out and about on his Mountain Bike.

Are you a cook?
I do like cooking, especially for family and friends, so you could say I'm a cook. Chef is probably a bit of a stretch, though.

Any cooking tips?
I always find that jacket potatoes baked in foil are better because they keep their moisture. They provide a much nicer end result than any microwave counterpart. Don't put the foil in the microwave, though – it's really not a good idea.

What's your favourite dish?
Depends on who's cooking but I make a decent pea and prawn risotto.

And a drink to go with it?
Any decent white wine.

Your favourite restaurant in the Sheffield area?
I've had some great evenings at Antibos but there are so many good restaurants in Sheffield it's hard to choose.

And pub?
The Mossbrook Vintage Inn in Eckington – real fires, good food and real ale.

What's the worst meal you've ever had?
A chicken dish and the chicken was cold inside. Unappetising and unsafe!

And the best?
A very small family restaurant in Nime, south of France. five courses for under 35 Euros – c'est magnifique!

Your favourite TV cook?
Jamie Oliver – any one of them, not really that bothered about TV chefs. The best ones probably aren't on TV – controversial!

What do you think of Sheffield as a place to eat out?
Pretty good – could get better but there is quite a lot of choice. And its improved loads over the last few years, so hopefully that's a sign of things to come.
