BEAT the credit crunch by buying organic fruit and veg from a specialist service, say Chris and Mary Watson of River Swale home delivery.
They claim their family veg boxes can work out more than a fiver a week cheaper than the big supermarkets.

Chris says: "Buying regionally-produced, seasonal veg that hasn't had to travel far means that you don't pay for any middle men. And our free delivery means you don't have to pay for petrol to get to the supermarket either."
