SHEFFIELD'S first boutique hotel, the Leopold, celebrated its first anniversary this week with a champagne tea party.
Guests - welcomed by general manager George Arizmendi - included Lord Mayor, Coun Mrs Jane Bird, and old boys of the Central Technical School, in whose former buildings the hotel has been created.
The Leopold is carving out a niche for itself as a stylish addition to the city centre, supporting key events including the Vivienne Westwood exhibition and others run by the English Institute of Sport.
