GRADUATES Richard Spataro and Blanche Duggleby got their teeth into the business world when they set up their own catering company.
Now, just six months after the launch, they are doing so well that they have given up other interests to devote themselves to the business full time.

Coco Catering, founded with support from the BiG initiative, specialises in Italian and English contemporary cuisine.

"I've always had a passion for food and have Italian heritage so I love their cooking," said Richard, 24. "I met Blanche at university and we discovered we shared a love for food. After university we decided to take a big step and set up our own company."

The couple, who live in Sharrow, cater for functions and corporate events and are already working on plans to expand.
