CASTLETON-based chocolatiers Cocoadance have developed a new selection of speciality truffles, featuring local produce - from Peak District Dairy cream and Daisybank honey, to local farm eggs and nettles from a nearby field!
Flavours include advocaat, lemon jelly and lemon ganache in white chocolate; rhubarb and nettle jelly with rhubarb ganache; and milk chocolate salty praline. The range will be available exclusively from the firm's top-end stockists or www.cocoadance.com
