FORMER head chef of Prospect restaurant in Bakewell, Dan McNairney has taken over the kitchen at the Walnut Club Champagne Bar & Grill.
Completing the line-up at the Ecclesall Road venue is Gavin Saunders, formerly manager of Richard Branson's Kensington Roof Garden in London.
