THE Walnut Club, pioneer of organic fine dining, is launching the Great British Organic Drinking Experience.
Eco-friendly beers, made using grains untreated by pesticides or fertilisers, and brewed without the use of chemicals, are now on sale at the Hathersage venue and its sister champagne bar in Ecclesall Road.
MD Richard Mills said:

"We are now taking the lead on our drinks menu, looking to complement our food stance by reducing 'drink miles' and promoting organic beverages."

Brands include Freedom organic lager, Dunkerton's cider, locally-produced Renishaw Hall and Chapel Down wines and Buxton water.
