COGHLANS Cookery School is teaming up with Le Creuset to stage a demonstration evening – and the Sheffield Telegraph has three pairs of tickets to give away.
The event, hosted by resident master chef Simon Lilley, will feature recipes specially designed to complement Le Creuset's cast iron, tri-ply and anodised ranges of cookware. Favourites such as tarte tatin and chocolate fondue will be demonstrated alongside seasonal dishes including braised partridge and summer rissotto.

The evening will finish with a supper of the dishes cooked and a glass of wine. Tickets £15, call (01246) 453131.

The event takes place at Coghlans Cookery School, Sheepbridge near Chesterfield, 7-9.30pm on August 14. To win one of three pairs of tickets, send your name and contact details to Coghlans Prize Draw, Sheffield Telegraph, York Street, Sheffield S1 1PU, by August 8. Winners will be notified.
