Mental health service praise

A SERVICE which supports people in Sheffield with mental health problems has been named one of the best of its kind in the country.
Sheffield Mental Health Citizens Advice Bureau & Advocacy Service was independently rated in the top 10 of 426 similar services in England and Wales.

It helps people manage debts, claim benefits, sort out housing problems and resolve employment is
sues.

Manager Lesley Faithful said: "We believe people in Sheffield experiencing mental health difficulties should get an excellent service that meets all their needs, especially when they are very ill.

"We make sure we reach people who may not be able to get to other services, for example people in hospital or people in the community who find it difficult to get out of the house."
