I READ with some concern your front-page article about the move by the ruling Liberal Democrat group to recruit a pool of 'super-heads' to spearhead the drive to raise attainment in Sheffield schools (Telegraph, August 29).
Must we conclude then that, after all these years, Dan Dare gave battle in vain?
