Ada celebrates 100th birthday
CENTENARIAN Ada Bell hopes a lifetime of friends and family will join her in celebrating her 100th birthday on Monday afternoon.
The great-grandmother-of-three, from Heeley in Sheffield, has lived in the area all her life and in her current home since 1938.
Now the devoted churchgoer has issued an open invitation to all parishioners to help her toast her 100 years.
The party will be held from 3.30pm to 6.30pm at the Institute community centre under Heeley Parish Church on Gleadless Road.
