And at 7.30am on Saturday both lanes of the M1 were closed for hours when a white Ford Transit panel van was in collision with a DAF tipper lorry between junctions 29 and 29a on the north bound carriageway.

One driver from Dronfield criticised transport chiefs for lack of information.
He claims warning signs over the carriageway did not give any useful information.
He said: "I was stuck in traffic for most of Saturday afternoon without knowing why.
"I drove past countless electronic signs but not one warned of what lay ahead or where we should expect to come off.
"The signs just told us not go above 40mph - but we were stationary.
"If there had been a system in place to stop us getting on the motorway in the first place there wouldn't have been such a queue."
