Call for a cut in red tape
BUSINESSES in Sheffield which took part in a survey have called for a cut in red tape and bureaucracy to help the economy recover.
Around 72 per cent of firms questioned by HSBC bank said they believed legislation and regulations posed the "biggest threat" to businesses' prosperity and would like it to be reduced.
