Three employees from local Jaguar dealership Hatfields have received official recognition for excellent customer servide performance.
Senior Parts Advisor Melvyn Deakin from Aston; Service Advisor Stuart Openshaw from Barnsley; and Sales Advisor Jeff Dodd from Sheffield received certificates from Jaguar UK in recognition of their dedication to delivering customer service excellence.
The awards were presented by Ian Kendall, Regional Manager at Jaguar UK. He said, “By achieving Excellence in Skills Level 2 Accreditation, these employees have demonstrated the knowledge, skills and ability needed to offer a professional, premium experience to customers in the local area.”
Congratulating his staff members on their achievements, Hatfields dealer principal Andrew Jeffery said, “Customer expectations of a premium brand like ours have never been greater. Jaguar customers in the Sheffield area expect the very best, so we need to consistently excel at everything we do in order to provide outstanding levels of customer service.

The Excellence Programme is part of the Jaguar Academy initiative, established in January 2009 to ensure that the Jaguar UK dealer network has the knowledge, skills and motivation to deliver a first-class service to exceed the demands of consumers.
