Pupils' performance

YEAR 5 pupils from Kiveton Park Meadows Junior School last week performed in the Royal Shakespeare Company's Courtyard Theatre at Stratford upon Avon.

The Kiveton Park school was one of 11 primary and secondary schools from across England invited through a long term partnership with the RSC as part of its Learning and Performance Network.

The 27 youngsters aged nine and 10 performed an extract from The Winter's Tale at the event hosted by Shakespearean actress Ann Ogbomo. BBC presenter Hardeep Singh Koli presented certificates to

the schools attending the regional schools celebration.
