Play your cards right for charity
PLAYERS are invited to put their cards on the table for a poker night organised to raise money for a Sheffield cancer support group.
Cavendish Cancer Care will host the event at Napoleon's Casino on Eccesall Road next Friday March 28.
Entry is 15 with money raised going to the charity which provides emotional support and complementary therapy to cancer patients.
People must register with the casino on the night, and should bring two forms of identification.

n Motorcyclists and classic car owners are invited to take part in a poker game with a difference - and help raise money for a Derbyshire children's charity.
The Mayor of Chesterfield Coun Chris Ludlow and her husband Kevin have organised the mobile game, which will start and finish at The Victoria Inn, in Lowgates, Staveley, which they run together.
People taking part will pay 5 to enter before being given a playing card with clues to the next destination. There will be four different cards at four different places in the area, with first place and a special trophy going to the person who has the best poker hand when they get back to the pub.
The event runs between 12noon and 6pm this Saturday, with all money raised going to the mayor's official charity, Rainbow's End, helping disadvantaged children have a brighter future.
