A new gated development of contemporary apartments within easy reach of Sheffield city centre and the motorway network has just been launched.

The one and two bedroom development by Noble Homes is situated at Cuthbert Cooper Place, off Cresswell Road in Darnall.

Prices for the high-spec properties start at £69,950.

A limited number of apartments are available with the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme providing a 20 per cent equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.

Cuthbert Cooper Place is being marketed by Castleford-based Noble Homes in conjunction with Blundells’ Land & New Homes division.

Darrin Carter, of Blundells Land & New Homes division, said: “Cuthbert Cooper Place offers an exciting lifestyle concept with spacious apartment living at prices which make them a very attractive first step on the property ladder. First-time buyers will be interested to learn how much they could potentially save by choosing to buy at Cuthbert Cooper Place instead of renting elsewhere.

“For example, a one bedroom apartment can be owned with mortgage payments as low as £187 per month via Help to Buy.

“We estimate that would save at least £150 per month compared to the cost of renting a comparable property in the area.”

A show apartment is now open for viewing every Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 5pm. Further information about Cuthbert Cooper Place is available from the sales centre on 07712 393803 or from Blundells Land & New Homes on 0114 2655767 (weekdays).

Today (Thursday, March 20) it is holding a first time buyers event between 4pm and 9pm at its Highgrove Court development in Carlton near Barnsley.

Its first development in North Derbyshire is Aspire, at Calver Avenue, North Wingfield. Details of all of Noble Homes’ current developments are available at
