Taylor Wimpey is targeting first-time buyers in Rotherham with a range of new two and three-bedroom properties, available at The Wickets development (pictured) with Help to Buy.
Responding to strong demand from first-time buyers, The Wickets, which features four and five bedroom homes, has introduced new smaller property styles to the site.
Sales and marketing director Anne Bagshaw said: “Taylor Wimpey is delighted to be releasing a clutch of spacious two and three-bed mews homes at The Wickets.
“There was a clear demand in the area to help people on to the property ladder, so these new homes, combined with the ease of securing one with Help to Buy should provide an excellent solution for Rotherham house-hunters.”
The new Help to Buy initiative allows customers to reserve with five percent deposit. Thanks to a 20 per cent government loan, the buyer then only needs to secure a 75 per cent loan to value mortgage while owning 100 per cent of the property from day one.
Homes released include the two-bedroomed Ashdale with parking space from £119,995. The Wentworth is a three-bed, two-bath, semi-detached from £149,995, while the Ripley is a three-bed mews design from £129,995.
Anne said: “We would urge anybody looking to step onto the property ladder to get in touch sooner rather than later. We are anticipating the homes will sell quickly thanks to the combination of quality, excellent location and our market leading schemes for first time buyers.”
