First-time buyers are being offered an exclusive taste of city living at a special event on Thursday, April 10, hosted by Noble Homes and their agent, Blundells Land & New Homes.

Noble Homes is opening the doors of Cuthbert Cooper Place to give prospective purchasers a glimpse of the new gated development off Cresswell Road in Darnall, Sheffield.

The development features a range of one- and two-bedroom, stylish contemporary apartments alongside some properties converted within the historic Cuthbert Cooper building itself. Prices start from just £69,950.

It is well located, close to shops, amenities and public transport links. The nearby rail station puts the properties within a few minutes of the city centre.

Sales & Marketing Manager Janine Bellamy said: “The development is just 12 minutes from Sheffield centre via the nearby rail station, so residents can enjoy the best of city living without the city’s high property prices.”

Thursday’s event is aimed at first-time buyers who are seeking an affordable way to get on the property ladder.

They are invited to join Noble Homes and agents Blundells Land & New Homes for wine and nibbles, between 4-9pm.

Advisors will be on hand to explain how prospective purchasers could own a new apartment with a deposit of just 5%, via the Government-backed Help to Buy equity loan scheme.

“A one-bedroom apartment can be owned with mortgage payments as low as £187 per month,” said Darrin Carter of Blundells.

The first 30 reservations received after April 1, across all of Noble Homes’ current developments, will be entered in a prize draw to win a fully taxed new Seat Ibiza. More information will be available during the evening.
