Taylor Wimpey is reporting continued success across its Yorkshire developments with reservations, viewings and inquiries all surging since the launch of Help to Buy.

The housebuilder is currently processing between five and 10 new reservations per week from its 20 active developments across the region.

Anne Bagshaw, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire said: “Yorkshire is a fantastic place to live and work. As well as boasting major hub cities and huge areas of fresh open countryside, the region offers prospective buyers an excellent standard of living in friendly, thriving communities.

“From trendy city centre apartments to large executive family homes, Taylor Wimpey’s range of stylish modern homes is seizing the attention of home-seekers at every stage of the property ladder – and Help to Buy is making it incredibly easy for eligible buyers to launch themselves up the property ladder without breaking the bank for a deposit.”

Help to Buy enables house-hunters to reserve homes worth up to £600,000 with just a five per cent deposit thanks to a government loan of up to 20 per cent.

Buyers then only require a 75 per cent loan to value mortgage to complete.

All Taylor Wimpey homes in the region come with a 10 year NHBC buildmark warranty, with prices starting at £79,995.

Anne concludes: “Wherever you wish to live in Yorkshire, Taylor Wimpey is sure to have a home to suit you.

“With the Help to Buy effect kicking in, I would urge anybody interested to get in touch sooner rather than later to ensure they don’t miss out.”
