Haybrook has appointed a three-strong team to run its newly re-opened branch in Crookes.
The firm is set to begin selling properties from the branch following a major upsurge in demand for properties in the Broomhill, Crookes, Crosspool and Walkley areas. Until recently, Crookes had been used primarily as a training centre by Haybrook.
The team at Crookes, all of whom live locally, consists of sales manager Lynsey Marsden, lister Richard Atkinson and trainee negotiator Lesley Turner. They will be overseen by Mandy Hearson, branch manager for Haybrook Hillsborough.
Lynsey said: “I’m thrilled to be back in Crookes, an area I know extremely well. There has been a big rise in demand for Crookes, thanks to it being so close to the universities and hospitals, and I am confident that with the team we have on board in the office, we will be expertly placed to help customers looking to buy or sell in this popular part of Sheffield.”
Haybrook has enjoyed a strong start to 2012 with the number of people requesting property valuations up 6% on the same time last year in Sheffield and South Yorkshire.
