Reeds Rains’ vibrant City Living branch on Campo Lane has scooped the Best Regional Lettings Award at the Company’s annual awards ceremony, which was held at the Cedar Court Hotel in Huddersfield.
The award was presented to Branch Manageress Sarah Hardwick, based upon the highest lettings growth within the regional branch network of Reeds Rains.
Sarah, who has been with Reeds Rains City Living since its launch in October 2010, said: “This really is a testament to the hard work and customer service focus my team have become renowned for. I’m constantly humbled by their work ethic and commitment, so I was delighted to accept this award on their behalf.
“We are now focused on the national award for 2012 and, given the fact we have recruited for additional career orientated staff, we see an exciting year ahead for the customers of Reeds Rains City Living for both letting and selling in Sheffield city centre.”
Reeds Rains have announced their commitment to their City Living brand by opening a branch in Liverpool, which will complement existing branches in Salford Quays, Manchester and Sheffield.
Area Sales Director Lee Carratt added: “The Reeds Rains City Living brand has gone from strength to strength, offering city centre customers for both letting and selling a unique and concentrated service.
“Many of our clients are based overseas and require a high level of service. The last thing they want is to be worrying about their sale or their rental income! The Sheffield City Living team have worked incredibly hard to establish themselves as a favoured agent for many large and individual clients and I’m immensely proud of them.”
Reeds Rains City Living in Sheffield has not only established themselves in the sales and general letting market but has also expanded into the student lettings market.
Sarah Hardwick said: “Reeds Rains Sheffield City Living was one of the company’s best performers for 2011 against 2010, indicating the volume in the market for urban living.
“Against a backdrop of unsettling times in the property and economic market, I hope it is refreshing and encouraging to show what can be achieved with hard work and dedication. It has been through this hard work that we have ventured into the student lettings market and it has been extremely interesting to work with clients from all around the world.”
Other Reeds Rains big winning branches included Hillsborough, who scooped the Best Regional Performance award, and Chesterfield, who scooped the Best Regional Conveyancing Award along with the Best National Conveyancing Award.
“Whilst we have a wide-ranging UK network of branches, spreading from the South East of England to Northern Ireland, we have an exceptionally strong local network of branches,” added Lee Carratt. “Our branches in Hillsborough, Chapeltown, Woodseats and Banner Cross continue to expand and I’m looking forward to more awards for the teams for 2012!”
