Glastonbury revellers will be getting a taste of Sheffield this week, courtesy of Tio’s Brazilian Barbeque events catering specialists – who are heading for the festival stocked with sausages and meats from Chris Beech of Walkley.
Chris is celebrating by introducing a new Brazilian sausage swirl (pictured). He is also marking Wimbledon fortnight with an All England Club sausage – a rosemary and thyme swirl on a skewer to look like a tennis racquet; and Walkley Festival with a special recipe cranberry and rosemary sausage. All available for the next two weeks.
