Ecclesall Road now has its first cold-pressed juice and smoothie bar, following the launch of Instajuice by independent health food specialist Mark Coleman.
Mark has been creating his own shots at home for years – and decided Sheffield should benefit too: “I set out to build a bar where people could get all the nutritional benefits of fresh juice without the headache of all the clean-up at home!” he says.
Mark took on premises near Endcliffe Park and commissioned local artist Geo Law to decorate the inside. He sourced biodegradable packaging and imported a hydraulic juice press which maintains nutritional content and prevents oxidisation.
The all-vegan shop specialises in cold-pressed juice and smoothies, using only fresh fruits, vegetables and non-dairy milk, with nothing added.
Mark has also devised a range of three-day and five-day cleansing packages, available online for home delivery.
