Westlife in Sheffield - VIDEO EXCLUSIVE

WESTLIFE fans in Sheffield turned out in their thousands - some arriving in more style than others.

Hot pink limousines dropped off giggling school girls with their soon-to-be swooning mums for Westlife's first concert at Sheffield Arena last night.

Some had dressed up for the occasion in matching cowgirl hats with lots of sparkle, while others carried homemade banners with messages to their favourite Irish sweetheart.

It was the first of three nights in the city this month - and they'll also be back again in May after they extended the tour.

The concert was the ninth time Kelly Windsor had turned out to see the Flying Without Wings stars - but it was an extra special occasion.

She said: "My daughter Lauren has always wanted to come along with me and I said when she turned five she could, and here she is.

"So we hired a limo for the occasion to make sure we arrived in style!"

Christina Clayton and her daughter Chloe, aged 12, had done the same - but came armed with an Irish flag and emerald green stetsons.

Christina, from Thurgoland, Barnsley, said: "This is the 10th time I have seen them - I've been to one in Liverpool but the rest have been here.

"They just get better each time, they're just wonderful!"

The boys treated fans to a spectacular show featuring all their favourite hits as well as new tracks from their latest album 'Back Home'.

Fabulous costumes, set designs, and lighting effects all came together to make a dazzling performance.
