A BRAND spanking new programme for bands launches this week with a soundtrack made by dozens of Sheffield musicians.
See the video

Called Front Room, the programme shows bands giving rare, informal interviews and playing in music reporter Rachael Clegg's front room, filmed by digital jo
urnalist Tine Johansen.

Front Room's arty, on-the-spot soundtrack includes music by members from Pistola Kicks, Green Man Says Go, Alvarez Kings, The Fevers, Glitter Junkies, Black Light Theatre, Og My Word and Avida Dollars. It was produced at the Harley – thanks to the help of staff there, who kept the beer flowing and the drums rolling. To watch the music video visit sheffieldtelegraph.co.uk/frontroom.

Any bands, musicians or artists involved in Sheffield's music scene who are interested in appearing on Front Room should contact Rachael Clegg at rachael.clegg@sheffieldnewspapers.co.uk.

We encourage bands to bring a record or two of their choice, instruments, drinks, a downloadable MP3 track for the website and a music video for uploading. We look forward to hearing from you.
