Five hundred sign petition to save loxley post office

A PETITION to save Loxley Post Office from closure has already attracted more than 500 signatures. Liberal Democrat deputy council leader David Baker, who represents Stannington, said: "The campaign has got off to a great start. It's great to see the community rallying round their post office." Loxley sub-postmaster Vanessa Cutler said: "It's a vital part of the community. How are we expected to survive without a post office? They say the alternatives are only a bus stop awa
