GENERATIONS of Sheffielders have come to know that if you want that certain something then chances are you will find it down at the Castle Market.
But it is probably the last place in the city you would turn if you were after learning how to pole dance... until now, that is.
Gemma Hopkins has opened a stall teaching that very subject – with sessions starting at just £4.
The 27-year-old mum of three, from Pitsmoor, who admits she hardly fits the pole dancing stereotype, is already turning heads.
She said: “My aim is to spread the word of pole fitness and dance to everyone possible. Pole dancing is a great way to keep fit and it also builds your confidence.
“And it isn’t just for young, beautiful women, although they’re welcome to join us.”
