And that’s why award winning inn The Devonshire Arms at Middle Handley is hosting a Pop Up Butcher event on May 14.
Master butcher Andy Birks will be there to offer advice on the finest steaks and leanest cuts, all cooked by head chef Russell Caines and served with chips, a garnish and onion rings.
