RENOWNED business journalist Robert Peston is to discuss the country’s economy at a free Sheffield talk.
The BBC Business Editor is attending the second lecture of the Sheffield Political Economy Research Institute, held at Sheffield University on Thursday April 25.
His lecture, Have We Fixed The Mess We’re In Yet?, will offer an update on how the world ‘got itself into the current economic mess and how we might get out of it’.
The institute brings together leading researchers in the social sciences, policy makers, journalists and opinion formers to assess and develop proposals in response to political and economic issues posed by the financial crisis.
