ONE of the region’s best-known financial experts is facing time behind bars…and she’s desperate to get out.

But Louise Oliver, of financial planners The Taylor Oliver Partnership, knows she won’t be able to make her bid for freedom without the support of the public.

Louise will be locked up at Doncaster Prison at 9.30 in the morning on March 23 and won’t be released until she persuades clients, family and friends to secure £1,000 bail, which then goes to the Sheffield charity Neurocare, which raises money to fund equipment for the Neurosciences department at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

Neurocare fundraiser Emma Douglas commented: “Louise is a great supporter of Neurocare and we thought this event would be right up her street. I think she’s going to do really well.”

Louise added: “I’m not sure I’m really looking forward to being in a cell so the more money I can raise in advance the better!”
