Sheffield city centre is once again being transformed into a giant monopoly board in a bid to raise money for this year’s Master Cutler’s Challenge and the Sheffield Mencap & Gateway charity.
The Monopoly Challenge, organised by law firm DLA Piper, will see businesses take part in a race around the city centre.
Thirteen teams have already signed up for the event, which takes place between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday 30 June. Entrants include South Yorkshire Police, PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, Grant Thornton and Hart Shaw.
Entry costs £500 for a team of five, including drinks, buffet and prize-giving at DLA Piper’s offices following the event.
