The final phase of the redevelopment of Paradise Square is due to start shortly with the complete refurbishment of No 3 Paradise Square.

Over the last 10 year the managing agents, Fowler Sandford. on behalf of Shrewsbury Hospital Estate. have refurbished the buildings within the square as they have become empty.

No.3 is the last building that will receive a complete internal makeover which will meets the demands of modern businesses. As a result of the refurbishment work Paradise Square remains an extremely popular location for professional businesses in the legal, accounting/finance and property sectors who value its prestigious and instantly recognisable address.
