Two industrial units in Sheffield worth a total of £2.2m have been sold by Sheffield developer J F Finnegan.

Both properties are on Parkway One Business Centre in Sheffield. Finnegan built both units and they were sold to investors. One has been let to GT Flowers, leading wholesalers to florists, weddings and businesses throughout Yorkshire, and the other to knife manufacturer Arkote, a Sheffield company with a history stretching back over 130 years who are world leaders in machine knives for the tobacco industry. The property sales, organised by DLA Piper, are being hailed as a sign of confidence in a more buoyant market.
