Yorkshire butcher recalls health risk burgers

The Smiths Beef & Caramelised Onion Burgers were wrongly marked with a use by date of 25 July 2016 instead of the correct 26 June 2016 use by date.

The company has warned that consuming the burgers after their correct use by date could potentially pose a risk to health and has urged anyone who bought the product not to eat it.

The affected products are: Smiths Beef & Caramelised Onion Burgers; Pack size: 454g; 'Use by' date: 25 July 2016; Batch code: 167-1; Bar code: 5060182241221
