Sheffield Theatres is proud to launch Live for Five, offering customers aged 16-26 tickets for only £5.00.

Over the last two years, Sheffield Theatres has participated in the Arts Council’s ‘A Night Less Ordinary’ scheme. Through this initiative, the Theatres have welcomed over a thousand young people through its doors for the first time, as well as countless repeat visits from people travelling from across the region and beyond.

Live for Five has been designed to build on the success of the Arts Council’s scheme. The initiative offers young people aged between 16 and 26 £5.00 tickets for preview performances of Sheffield Theatres’ own productions. Young people simply need to register for the scheme through the Box Office to start enjoying the benefits.

Tickets for productions in Sheffield Theatres’ new season are now on sale from the Box Office. The season features an explosive new production of Edward Albee’s American classic Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf; Pauline McLynn stars in Beckett’s Happy Days in the Studio Theatre; classic Northern comedy Hobson’s Choice takes to the Crucible stage in the summer and The Pride brings Richard Wilson back to the Studio to direct a cast which will include Artistic Director, Daniel Evans. Live for Five tickets are available for the previews on each of these productions.
