THE former frontman of a Sheffield indie rock band made a special acoustic performance to crowds in his home city.
Jon Windle - who found fame with Little Man Tate - sang alongside Emily Ireland and met fans at HMV in the city centre last night. He was there to release his new solo album Sober Minds.
Fan Anna Fitxpatrick, a professional tennis player from Beauchief, was hoping to meet Jon for the second time.
The 23-year-old said: “He doesn’t do many gigs so it’s a good chance to see him.”
