Firefighters were kept busy overnight with a series of arson attacks.

They were called out to the Don Valley Bowl on Coleridge Road, Attercliffe, Sheffield, after a pile of rubbish dumped in bags was torched.

Crews also dealt with a number of wheelie bins set alight on Warren Quarry Lane, Worsborugh Commons, Barnsley.

A Vauxhall Zafira was also set alight on Richmond Park Grove, Richmond, Sheffield.

Witnesses to any of the incidents or anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
