Officers appeal for witnesses to Sheffield assault

Police are hunting two men who left another man with a head injury following an incident in Sheffield city centre.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, was walking through Barker’s Pool at around 3.30am on November 29 when he was assaulted outside HL Brown jewellers.

He suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital. He has since been discharged.

One of the men is described as being white, around 6ft tall, in his mid twenties, with shaved or short blonde hair. He wore a green or grey t-shirt with blue jeans. The second man is described as being Asian, around 6ft tall, around 20-years-old, with dark hair. He was of slim build and wore a red t-shirt.
