Police officers and councillors are set to host a public meeting in a Sheffield mosque.

The event is to be held at the Madina Mosque, Wolseley Road, Sharrow, at 7.15om on Tuesday, May 17.

It will be held in the community centre at the rear of the mosque, with entry on Glover Road.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "This meeting is a community safety meeting. It is an opportunity to discuss and community safety or policing issues.

"It will be attended by the local poling team inspector and a number of local councillors.
